About the Role
The Company is seeking a Vice President, Security Architect to join its Global Technology team. This role is a key thought leader and collaborator, responsible for defining and maintaining Architecture Patterns, Reference Architecture, and processes to ensure that information and technology assets are adequately protected by design. The Security Architect will lead a team to establish and maintain enterprise security patterns and processes, define target state enterprise security architecture and roadmaps, and ensure that new initiatives and projects align with the organization's target state architecture strategy. Additionally, the role involves partnering with data architects to determine enterprise-wide strategies for data security, access, and provisioning, and influencing teams across the enterprise to drive adoption of security architecture.Candidates for this position should have a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Engineering and at least 10 years of leadership and management experience in Information security and InfoSec architecture. The ideal candidate will have strong technical knowledge of Security frameworks, tools, encryption standards, and cloud security services in AWS and Azure. They should also possess deep knowledge of business processes, agile methodology, and modern architecture thought leadership. Excellent communication, influencing, and relationship-building skills are essential, as is the ability to manage multiple efforts and drive change while navigating ambiguity. An entrepreneurial spirit, persistence, and resilience, as well as an intellectual curiosity and continuous learning mindset, are also important attributes for this role.
