Vice President, Senior Consultant Compensation

Implements and executes pay programs to support the assigned business area(s) working with Human Resources Business Partners (HRBPs) and Line of Business (LOB) Management. Develops new pay programs when called for to achieve business objectives while balancing corporate interests. Provides the business with compensation program strategic advice and counsel on matters including job architecture, market analysis and incentive pay. Builds relationships with HR Business Partners and Business Managers. Provides advice and guidance to on all compensation matters. Coordinates with HR Operations and Finance on a variety of compensation-related matters. Demonstrated knowledge of technical and legal aspects of compensation and HR preferred.
