Vice President, Services Delivery

 AdaptX is seeking a Vice President of Services Delivery to build and scale a high-performing Services organization that underpins every customer engagement. This executive will lead a growing team while shaping the operational systems, data processes, and cross-functional alignment required to support a rapidly expanding customer base. The role blends strategic leadership with hands-on execution, ensuring AdaptX delivers with consistency, clarity, and excellence as we grow. 

Key Responsibilities 

Leadership and Scale

• Build and scale the Services function, balancing hands-on execution with strategic planning.
• Own all Data acquisition and validation across teams. Be a conduit between Customers and AdaptX on gathering and synthesizing data.  
• Scale a repeatable, high-quality delivery model that supports rapid growth and evolving client needs.
• Partner with Engineering, and Clinical leadership to align service delivery with AdaptX’s platform and roadmap.
• Create a delivery structure where the clinical team remains the primary strategic and relational voice with clients.
• Own all Data processes with Customers. Build a scalable process to “get data in and out” easily and reliably. 
• Manage data validation with Customers. Create solutions to any issues. 
• Own the operational success of all service engagements, ensuring projects launch smoothly, stay on track, and meet defined outcomes.
• Lead cross-functional coordination for implementations, onboarding, workflow mapping, and technical enablement.
• Serve as the escalation point for delivery issues. 
• Design and refine service workflows, documentation, and playbooks to ensure consistency across clients.
• Implement tools and systems for project management, client communication, and service analytics.
• Drive continuous improvement through debriefs, root-cause analysis, and structured feedback loops.

Execution and Team Ownership

• Personally lead complex or high-visibility data process and implementations until the  team scales.
• Roll up sleeves to solve operational gaps, unblock delivery teams, and model the standard of execution expected.
• Draft client-facing materials, workflows, and service artifacts when needed.
• Hire, mentor, and develop a high-performing Services team as AdaptX grows.
• Foster a culture of accountability, clarity, and client-centricity. 
• Champion cross-functional collaboration and strong communication norms.

• 10+ years of progressive leadership experience, including senior roles in high-growth technology and healthcare environments.
• Proven success leading teams and scaling services delivery in a fast-paced company.
• Exceptional leadership, communication, and people-management skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a bias toward action and measurable outcomes.
• High integrity, strong problem-solving skills, sound judgment, and a collaborative leadership style.

The base salary range for this role is between $165k and $185k, depending on experience. AdaptX also offers a comprehensive total rewards package including equity, 100% company paid health benefits for employees, and flexible paid time off.
