About the Role
The Company is seeking a Vice President of Strategic Finance and FP&A to join their team. The successful candidate will be a key leader in preparing the organization for P&L segment reporting as a revenue-generating entity, particularly as the company commercializes its product for rapid, capital-efficient growth with high margins. This role involves leading a high-performing finance team and overseeing critical areas such as FP&A, treasury, strategic risk, and long-term financial planning. The VP will work closely with all business areas to enhance financial acumen, drive continuous improvement in financial processes, and mentor team members for their professional growth.Applicants must have a Bachelor's degree in a quantitative discipline, 15+ years of relevant financial experience, and a proven track record of driving and acting on financial insights. The role requires exceptional communication skills, the ability to build strong relationships, and a passion for the company's mission. Desirable qualifications include experience in multiple industries, multiple financial functions, and with financial planning tools or ERP systems. An MBA, CFA, or CPA is also preferred. The ideal candidate will be hands-on and strategic, capable of operating at all levels, and will have a strong background in process improvement and automation within a finance function.
