User experience, design, human computer interaction or a related discipline, or equivalent work experience required Experience and passion for design systems and component libraries - creation, maintenance, and governance. You get excited by increasing efficiency and collaboration Service design - creating internal tools for established users Advanced Figma skills such as component creation, prototyping, auto layout stakeholder management with both technical and non technical individuals - ability to convey ideas in a professional manner Experience working for international companies preferrable
