The Vice President, Technology Operations is an integral part of our Information Services team based out of our US - Teaneck, NJ - Remote site.
The Vice President, Technology Operations is a senior technology executive with enterprise-wide accountability for the stability, resilience, and operational performance of the organization’s technology landscape. This role owns infrastructure operations, application operations, and service delivery, with direct leadership oversight of core application ownership and the ERP application organization. This executive ensures mission-critical systems—including ERP and core platforms—operate reliably, securely, and efficiently, while establishing the governance, stability, and foundation to enable future modernization, rationalization, and transformation initiatives.

IT Service Management & Service Delivery
Security, Risk & Compliance
Operational Governance & Business Partnership
Financial, Vendor & Workforce Leadership
Bachelor's degree in information technology, Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent experience.
25+ years of progressive IT experience, including senior leadership roles in enterprise environments.
Experience leading infrastructure and platform operations within complex, global organizations.
Experience overseeing enterprise application landscapes, including ERP platforms (e.g., JDE, EBS) and core systems, in partnership with domain leaders.
Experience operating in security-sensitive and business-critical environments with high expectations for reliability and continuity.
