Position Title: Victory Program Manager

Employment: Full-Time, Salaried, Exempt

Location: Positions in various target cities across the nation.

Travel: 50+%

Start Date: Campus Victory Project is a 501(c)(3) elite leadership development organization dedicated to activating, recruiting, supporting, and training a new generation of common sense and well-equipped leaders on the biggest college campuses in the United States of America. Our leadership training strategies offer instrumental growth to students of a wide range of intended professions and are universally acknowledged across the country. Students are provided with resources to conduct positive change on college campuses, develop leadership skills, build greater professional networks, and begin a long and well-established foundation in public service.​

ABOUT THE POSITION:

Campus Victory Project is seeking a highly-skilled, professional, and motivated individual for the Campus Victory Project department. The Victory Program Manager will be tasked with leading a region of VPR's, corresponding with Directors on a daily basis and overall establishing strategy for the region. Managers lead a team of Representatives seeking to build strong relationships with students and support their overall growth and development both on and off campus, effectively serving as mentors to various students across the country. Managers work closely with their Field Representatives, other members of their designated regional team out in the field and the Victory Program Administrators stationed at CVP HQ in Phoenix, Arizona.
