As a Video Editor at VigorCare Pediatric Services, you will be responsible for creating high-quality video content that showcases our mission of providing exceptional care to children with special needs. You will work closely with our marketing and communications team to develop and edit videos for various platforms, including social media, website, and promotional materials.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the marketing and communications team to develop video concepts and storyboards that align with the company's brand and messaging
- Edit raw footage into high-quality videos that effectively communicate our mission and services
- Add visual effects, animations, and sound effects to enhance the overall quality of the video
- Ensure all videos are delivered on time and within budget
- Manage and maintain video equipment and software
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and techniques to continuously improve video production quality
- Collaborate with team members to brainstorm and develop new ideas for video content
- Assist with video shoots and provide direction to actors and crew members, as needed
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in film, video production, or a related field
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in video editing
- Proficient in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or Avid Media Composer
- Strong understanding of video production techniques, including camera operation, lighting, and sound
- Experience with motion graphics and animation is a plus
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Passion for creating impactful and engaging video content
- Experience working in the healthcare or non-profit industry is a plus
