How You’ll Help

The need for your
help is simple: we’ve got some rad clients who sell things online, and we’ve
got lots of clever marketing to conceive and build—but not enough folks to do
it.

We’re looking for a
Video Editor / Animator who can spark original creative marketing concepts and
has the chops to edit them to life. You’ll energetically jump in to transform
raw "ingredients" into high-performing video ads.

Your impact starts
right at the creative brief stage, where you’ll help craft ideas before we
write a single word or open Adobe Premiere. From there, you’ll turn a library
of footage into compelling, high-converting advertising.

What you’ll be jamming
on:

• Campaign Concept Creation: Brainstorming and developing fresh ad
  concepts.
  
• Multi-Platform Ad Execution: Editing short-form video spots
  tailored for Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, CTV, and Reddit.
  
• Pre-Production Design: Developing storyboards and shot lists to
  guide raw footage capture.
  

What you’ll turn into
magic:

• Creative briefs and brand guidelines
  
• Unorganized video footage libraries
  
• Collaborative input from our copywriters, designers, and account
  managers
  

Requirements

• 3–5+ years of video production and short-form editing experience.
  
• High-level proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects
  (required).
  
• Strong portfolio demonstrating short-form video ads created
  specifically for e-commerce.
  
• Experience with color grading and audio polishing.
  
• Proven ability to manage and deliver assets for multiple clients
  simultaneously.
  
• Excellent verbal and written English skills.
