Video Inspection Technician

Description of the role:

This position plays a key role in delivering transparent and trustworthy service to our customers. Your videos help customers understand their vehicle’s needs, improving both customer satisfaction and overall service performance.

Responsibilities:

• Record high-quality video inspections for vehicles in service


• Assist technicians with completing multi-point inspections (MPIs)


• Clearly communicate vehicle conditions and recommendations in videos


• Ensure videos are accurate, concise, and easy for customers to understand


• Work closely with service advisors and technicians to maintain workflow efficiency


• Maintain organization of inspection tools and equipment


• Follow dealership processes and quality standards

Requirements:

• Basic understanding of the automotive industry (required)


• Strong communication skills (verbal and visual)


• Comfortable being on camera and explaining vehicle conditions


• Detail-oriented with the ability to follow processes


• Ability to work in a fast-paced service environment


• Previous dealership or automotive experience is a plus


• Valid driver's license and clean driving record


• Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check
