Viewer Experience Advocate (Remote)- MUST LIVE NEAR SAN ANTONIO,TX!
As a Viewer Experience Advocate , you’ll play a crucial role in enhancing our brand image by providing exceptional customer support. You’ll be at the forefront of viewer interactions, addressing their needs, recommending products, and ensuring a seamless streaming experience. Your technical expertise, adaptability, and commitment to superior service will drive viewer satisfaction and loyalty.
Responsibilities:
+ Assist viewers via phone and chat, handling account management, billing queries, content questions, and basic site/application navigation.
+ Provide Disney Streaming product recommendations during viewer interactions.
+ Perform other assigned duties.
Qualifications:
+ High school diploma or GED with at least one year of customer service experience.
+ Call Center Experience
+ Proficiency in Windows Operating Systems, Microsoft Excel, Word, and Google Docs.
+ Strong written and verbal communication skills.
+ Excellent typing, phone, and computer navigation abilities.
+ Familiarity with digital streaming services and devices.
+ Positive, adaptive attitude and effective time management skills.
+ Willingness to work 365 days a year, including holidays, with 24-hour support availability.
Work Environment:
+ 100% remote; quiet workspace required.
