Apartment Assistant Lead Maintenance Technician- needed for Villas at Bandera - NW San Antonio, TX 78254

Must have a minimum of five (5) years’ experience as a lead or assistant, ac and pool certification, electrical knowledge, attention to detail, and excellent customer service skills.  We are seeking a candidate with a professional appearance and attitude, good communication skills, availability to be on-call, own tools, reliable transportation, etc.  The hourly rate is $23 per hour, 30% housing discount, medical/dental benefits, paid vacation and holidays, etc.
