Celtic Property Management is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to lead the maintenance operations at Vineyard Estates, our affordable housing community located in Phoenix, Arizona.

What You'll Do

• Lead and mentor the onsite maintenance team.
• Oversee apartment turns, preventive maintenance, and work order completion.
• Ensure the community is maintained to the highest standards of safety, cleanliness, and curb appeal.
• Troubleshoot and repair plumbing, electrical, HVAC, appliances, drywall, painting, and general maintenance issues.
• Manage inventory, vendors, and maintenance budgets.
• Ensure compliance with OSHA, EPA, Fair Housing, and company safety standards.
• Participate in the on-call rotation for emergency maintenance.

 What We're Looking For

• 3+ years of apartment maintenance experience.
• Previous Maintenance Supervisor or Lead Maintenance experience preferred.
• Strong HVAC, plumbing, electrical, appliance, and general maintenance skills.
• EPA Certification required (Universal preferred).
• Excellent leadership, organization, and communication skills.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work outdoors in various weather conditions.
