The position is full-time, during the week 1:00PM-9:00PM. This is a creative position working with embroidery and vinyl graphics. Requirements

• Provide excellent customer service
• Utilize on-site technology and equipment to produce custom products
• Ring up customer transactions and handle payment
• Able to work in a fast-paced retail environment
• Direct customers to appropriate areas for products or services
• Answer multi-line phone system
• To go the extra mile for a customer!

Job Requirements:

• Excellent customer service skills
• Ability to think outside of the box and the willingness to troubleshoot
• Must be a team player
• Previous experience working in retail with large volumes of traffic is preferred
• Ability to stand for entire 8-hour shift
• Ability to lift 25 lbs. consistently
• Able to handle difficult customer transactions in a professional manner
• Illustrator and/or Tajima programing Knowledge a plus, but not required
• Training available for the right candidate.
