Job Summary:
Vinyl Pro Fence Inc. seeks a skilled and reliable Vinyl Fence Installer / Foreman with a minimum of 3 years of experience to lead and oversee fence installation projects from start to finish. This position requires hands-on experience in vinyl fence construction, strong leadership abilities, and a commitment to delivering high-quality workmanship. The ideal candidate will be capable of supervising crews, managing job sites, and ensuring projects are completed on time and to company standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead a team of installers on residential and commercial vinyl fence installation projects
- Read and interpret blueprints, layout plans, and measurements
- Oversee digging post holes, setting posts, and assembling vinyl fencing components
- Ensure all work meets safety, quality, and customer satisfaction standards
- Communicate project status and any issues with the office and clients
- Train new crew members and ensure team productivity and professionalism
- Maintain and manage tools, equipment, and job materials
- Enforce safety regulations and ensure a clean job site
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience in fence installation (vinyl fencing preferred)
- Prior experience as a team leader, crew lead, or foreman
- Ability to read and understand construction plans and take accurate measurements
- Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work outdoors in various weather conditions
Preferred Skills:
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus
- Familiarity with power tools and construction equipment
- Customer service experience on job sites
