VIP Transportation Concierge (Eldorado Scioto Downs - Columbus, OH)

Our VIP Transportation Specialist is responsible for delivering exceptional, personalized service to Caesars Entertainment’s high value, luxury guests.  This role champions operational excellence, guest satisfaction, and revenue growth through strategic collaboration and commitment to luxury standards.

This role is designed to elevate the Caesars/Scioto Downs brand while increasing guest lifetime value and foster loyalty across all Caesars properties.

 This role provides exceptional guest transportation services while delivering extraordinary guest service. Responsible for safely transporting VIP guests, hotel guests, executives and team members to and from designated locations, assisting with luggage, and providing general information about the property. 

• Provide safe, timely, and professional transportation for VIP guests, executives and team members.
• Deliver exceptional family style service throughout the transportation experience.
• Coordinate transportation schedules and maintain communication with Security department as necessary for dispatching purposes.
• Inspect vehicle condition before and after use. Maintain cleanliness and organization of vehicles.
• Completes required logs, trip records, mileage reports, and incident documentation accurately and timely.
• Report unsafe or hazardous conditions.
• Maintain confidentiality and discretion when providing transportation services.
• Provide accurate and timely documentation and reports on departmental activities and status including vehicle damage, statements, and conditions which require attention and/or repair.
• Obey all traffic laws on and off property and immediately reports and traffic citations to the Security Shift Manager.
• Support special events, group transportation, airport transfers and other transportation related assignments as needed.
• This role will have a strong responsibility as it relates to relationship building with our guests. 
• Must serve as a trusted ambassador of the property by cultivating meaningful relationships with VIP guests by providing professional transportation services and consistently exceeding expectations to enhance guest satisfaction and experience.
• Recommends Servicing of the vehicle as necessary
• Maintains assigned vehicle (i.e., washes, vacuums, stocks, etc.) in order to keep the vehicle in top condition at all times.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management

• Must be at least 21 years of age

• Must be able to obtain Airport I.D. Badge

• Must be able to effectively communicate in English both orally and written to converse with general public, understand highway traffic signs and signals, respond to official questions and able to make legible entries on reports and records.

• Excellent guest service and communication skills.

• Must present a professional appearance and demeanor at all times.

• Regular and punctual attendance is required.
