VIR Building Maintenance

Description

Purpose: To maintain basic building functions and overall customer satisfaction.

• Building Maintenance 
• Perform routine inspections of buildings and facilities.
• Handle minor plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and carpentry repairs.
• Respond to maintenance requests and work orders in a timely manner using ticket management systems (Fetch).
• Maintain tools and equipment in safe working condition.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and building codes.
• Assist with preventative maintenance programs.
• Maintain accurate records of repairs and inspections.

Requirements

• Availability to work multiple weekends throughout the year.
• Ability to work four, ten hour work days.
• Maintain industrial safety standards.  
• Must collaborate with the Building Maintenance crew leader to ensure the facility remains in excellent condition.
• Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions, including lifting and operating equipment in a fast-paced setting.
