VIR LODGING MAINTENANCE

Description

Responsibilities:

• To maintain and perform preventive maintenance on all of the rental properties, private owned Villas and all buildings on property.
• Does any repair or replacement of items that need attention within the lodging rooms as well as other buildings on property.
• Helps with set ups and maintenance needs for big events.
• Researches the best options and prices on materials and services that are needed for repairs.

• Needs to be able to work multiple weekends throughout the season.
• This is a Full Time year around position
• Pay will vary with experience and attitude
