Job Summary:

As a Virtual Assistant at SIKKY MANUFACTURING, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our team. This is a full-time, remote position, allowing you to work from the comfort of your own home. You will work closely with various departments within the company to ensure smooth and efficient operations.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage and organize company emails, including responding to inquiries and forwarding important messages to the appropriate team members

- Schedule and coordinate meetings, conference calls, and appointments for the team

- Maintain and update company databases and records

- Assist with drafting and proofreading documents and presentations

- Conduct online research and compile data as needed

- Handle basic bookkeeping tasks, such as processing invoices and tracking expenses

- Help with social media management, including creating and scheduling posts

- Provide general administrative support to the team as needed

Qualifications:

- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred

- 1-2 years of experience as a virtual assistant or in a similar administrative role

- Excellent communication and organizational skills

- Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Suite

- Familiarity with social media platforms

- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively

- Strong attention to detail and accuracy

- Self-motivated and able to work independently
