Job Summary:

As a virtual assistant for SIKKY MANUFACTURING, you will be responsible for providing administrative and clerical support to our team. You will work remotely, providing assistance to our team members and helping to streamline our day-to-day operations.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage and maintain the company's email inbox, responding to inquiries and forwarding messages to the appropriate team members

- Schedule and coordinate virtual meetings and appointments for team members

- Prepare and organize documents, presentations, and reports as needed

- Conduct online research and gather data for various projects and initiatives

- Assist with social media management, including creating and scheduling posts

- Monitor and respond to customer inquiries and reviews on various platforms

- Help with data entry and database management

- Perform other administrative tasks as assigned

Requirements:

- High school diploma or equivalent, college degree preferred

- Proven experience as a virtual assistant or in a similar administrative role

- Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Suite

- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

- Strong organizational and time-management skills

- Ability to work independently and remotely

- Experience with social media management is a plus

- Knowledge of the automotive industry is a plus

Contract Details:

This is a full-time, remote position with a competitive salary and benefits package. You will be expected to work Monday through Friday during regular business hours. Occasional evening or weekend work may be required. This is a contract position with the potential for long-term employment.
