Job Description:

We are seeking a highly organized and efficient Virtual Assistant to join our team. As a Virtual Assistant, you will be responsible for providing administrative and clerical support to our team members and ensuring the smooth operation of our daily business activities.

Responsibilities:

- Manage and maintain executives' schedules, appointments, and travel arrangements

- Coordinate and schedule meetings, conference calls, and other business events

- Prepare and organize documents, reports, and presentations

- Conduct research and gather information as needed

- Respond to emails and phone calls in a timely and professional manner

- Assist with social media management and marketing efforts

- Handle general office tasks such as filing, data entry, and ordering supplies

- Collaborate with team members to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget

- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information

- Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field

- 2+ years of experience as a Virtual Assistant or in a similar role

- Excellent time management and organizational skills

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

- Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software

- Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks simultaneously

- Experience with social media management is a plus

- Knowledge of the automotive industry is preferred but not required

Contract Details:

This is a full-time, remote position with a competitive salary and benefits package. The working hours are flexible, but availability during regular business hours may be required. The contract will be for an initial period of 1 year, with the possibility of extension based on performance.
