Position Overview:

As a Virtual Assistant at SIKKY MANUFACTURING, you will be responsible for providing administrative and operational support to our team. This is a full-time, remote position that offers a great opportunity for growth and development within a dynamic and fast-paced company.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage and maintain the company's email inbox, responding to inquiries and forwarding important messages to the appropriate team members

- Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for team members

- Prepare and edit documents, reports, and presentations as needed

- Conduct research and gather information on various topics as assigned by the team

- Assist with social media management and content creation

- Help with data entry, organization, and maintenance of company databases

- Perform other administrative tasks as needed to support the team and company operations

Qualifications:

- High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred

- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience as a virtual assistant or in a similar administrative role

- Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Suite

- Excellent communication and time-management skills

- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously

- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

- Familiarity with social media platforms and basic marketing principles is a plus
