Position Overview:

We are seeking a highly organized and self-motivated Virtual Assistant to join our team. This is a full-time, remote position that offers the opportunity to work with a dynamic and fast-paced company. The Virtual Assistant will be responsible for providing administrative and operational support to our team, as well as assisting with various tasks and projects as needed.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage and maintain executive calendars, including scheduling meetings and appointments

- Coordinate travel arrangements and accommodations for team members

- Prepare and organize documents, reports, and presentations

- Conduct research and gather information on various topics as needed

- Monitor and respond to emails and phone calls in a timely and professional manner

- Assist with project management and coordination

- Perform general administrative tasks, such as data entry and filing

- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient and effective communication and workflow

- Other duties and responsibilities as assigned

Qualifications:

- High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree preferred

- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Virtual Assistant or in a similar administrative role

- Excellent organizational and time-management skills

- Strong written and verbal communication skills

- Proficient in Microsoft Office and G Suite

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

- Detail-oriented and able to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively

- Experience in the automotive industry is a plus
