Job Description - Virtual Branch Support Manager - Remote
This leader manages a team of 12-20 FTE that are responsible for assessing and supporting the operational soundness of the Retail Branch Network. This position is responsible for the development and execution of the Quality Control & Monitoring activities for the Retail Branch Network. This role is also accountable for the identification and escalation of emerging risks and participates with senior leaders in root cause analysis. The candidate must possess extensive knowledge of the branch banking environment and risk/control activities, excellent analysis and judgement skills, and strong organization and communication skills.
Job Responsibilities:
Manage all aspects of Branch Quality Control and Monitoring programs
Develop effective relationships with Business and Operation Management to ensure a clear understanding of risk conditions and emerging trends and issues.
Participate with Business & Operations leaders in defect root cause analysis
Drives Performance Improvement, reduction in recurring issues/risk areas and ultimately a sustainable control environment for Branch Network
Evaluates and prioritizes all requests for incremental monitoring
Explains and clarifies Quality Control and Monitoring methodologies to team members, branch management, and others as required
Drives efficiency improvements in Quality Control & Monitoring processes by setting clear production standards and by proactively advancing the use of computer assisted assessment tolls and techniques
Evaluate and report on Channel level
consistency/effectiveness
of Branch Control practices
Qualifications:
Extensive knowledge of activities and control environment of a retail branch
Strong interpersonal and conflict resolution skills
Strong organization and time management skills
Excellent analytical ability and strong decision-making skills to assess materiality of issues and underlying root causes
Excellent written and oral communication skills with demonstrated ability to clearly articulate issues
Excellent computer and technical skills
Ability to run and manage conference calls with business partners, technology and functional peers from multiple disciplines to reach a common goal.
6+ years of experience, with a minimum of 3 years of experience in a bank branch leadership role
Bachelor’s/University degree or equivalent experience

Primary Location Full Time Salary Range:
$103,920.00 - $155,880.00
