***Please Note: While this position is remote, the training is a hybrid format and candidates must live near the following cities: Scottsdale, AZ, Charlotte, NC, and Malvern, PA.***

The pay rate for this role is $20/ Hour, with an increase to $23/ Hour after just 2 months. The schedule is Monday to Friday from 9:30 AM to 6:00 PM.

Responsibilities

In this role, you will be answering and assisting investors with questions, monetary transactions, financial products, and services. You’ll be much more than a customer service professional. You’ll be a technical subject matter expert (paid training provided). You will be using virtual technology to develop relationships with clients and understand their unique investment to position the appropriate solutions or actions.
