Job Description - Virtual Client Onboarding Specialist

Role Overview

We are seeking motivated, detail-oriented individuals to join our team as Virtual Client Onboarding Specialist. In this fully remote role, you will guide new clients through the setup and coordination travel process, ensuring a seamless and personalized experience from start to finish.

This position is perfect for people who enjoy helping others, managing multiple tasks, and delivering outstanding service in a remote setting. No prior experience is required we provide comprehensive training and ongoing support to help you succeed.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist clients with onboarding and organizing personalized travel  plans

  • Research, compare, and confirm arrangements using approved systems

  • Provide accurate information and thoughtful recommendations based on client preferences and budgets

  • Communicate professionally via email, phone, and messaging platforms

  • Manage updates, changes, and client service inquiries promptly

  • Maintain organized and accurate client records and documentation

  • Participate in training sessions, team meetings, and ongoing professional development

Qualifications
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

  • Customer-focused with attention to detail and solid organizational abilities

  • Comfortable working independently in a remote environment

  • Basic computer proficiency and reliable internet access

  • Must be at least 18 years old

  • Legal eligibility to work in the U.S., U.K., Mexico, Australia, or Spain
