Virtual Design & Digital Marketing Specialist (India Remote)

About the Role:

We’re hiring a Graphic Design & Marketing Specialist to take full ownership of the design and marketing functions across multiple small businesses. If you’re a hands-on creative who thrives in fast-paced environments and can manage design and strategy from end to end, this is your dream role.

You’ll operate as a Marketing Department of One, managing websites, digital assets, email campaigns, SEO efforts, and more — across a range of private practices and boutique companies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Website Development & Optimization: Design, build, and maintain engaging, responsive websites using WordPress + Elementor.
• Graphic Design: Create stunning flyers, digital assets, social media graphics, and promotional materials using Adobe Illustrator and Adobe InDesign.
• Marketing Asset Creation: Develop branded content and marketing materials for conferences, promotions, and digital campaigns.
• Email Marketing: Create and manage email funnels and newsletters using Constant Contact or similar platforms.
• SEO Optimization: Implement SEO strategies to improve website visibility and ranking.
• Cross-Brand Coordination: Manage marketing and design needs for multiple businesses simultaneously.

Required Skills & Experience:

• 4+ years of experience in digital marketing, graphic design, and website development.
• Mastery of Adobe Illustrator and Adobe InDesign.
• Proficiency in WordPress + Elementor.
• Demonstrated success in creating and executing marketing campaigns for private practices or small businesses.
• Experience with email marketing platforms (preferably Constant Contact).
• Strong copywriting and editing skills a plus.
• SEO knowledge and experience required.
