We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Virtual Destination Services Representative to support clients in planning and coordinating travel experiences. In this fully remote role, you will help travelers explore destination options, organize itineraries, and confirm reservations to ensure every trip is planned smoothly and accurately.

You will play an important role in helping clients create enjoyable and stress-free travel experiences from the initial planning stage through booking confirmation.

Key Responsibilities

• Work with clients to create personalized travel itineraries based on their preferences and budget

• Research destinations, accommodations, flights, cruises, and local activities

• Compare travel options and coordinate reservations using approved booking platforms

• Provide accurate travel information and helpful destination insights

• Communicate professionally with clients through phone, email, and online messaging platforms

• Assist with itinerary updates, booking changes, and service-related inquiries

• Maintain organized client records and reservation documentation
