In this role, you’ll help ensure patient care needs are met efficiently by managing appointments, maintaining accurate records in our Electronic Medical Record (EMR) system, and conducting follow-up communications. What You’ll Do as a Medical Assistant
As part of the Redirect Health team, you’ll play a vital role in delivering exceptional care and support by:

• Managing patient appointments and scheduling.
• Maintaining and updating records in the EMR system.
• Following up with patients to ensure continuity of care.
• Assisting providers with clinical tasks to streamline workflows.
• Creating a positive, confident care experience for our members

What We’re Looking For

• Completion of Medical Assistant Program from an accredited school.
• Strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills.
• Proficiency with EMR systems, Microsoft Word, and Excel (preferred).
• Bilingual (Spanish/English) candidates are highly desired.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• A commitment to compassionate, patient-centered care.
