About the Role:
This position is designed for licensed clinicians who want to deliver meaningful therapy in a remote environment. You’ll work with adults and couples to address issues such as anxiety, depression, stress management, and relationship challenges through structured telehealth sessions. The role combines clinical independence with team collaboration, giving you the chance to provide client-centered care while also participating in regular case consultations and support meetings.

Type: Full-Time, Remote
Schedule: Monday–Friday | 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Compensation: $100,000 – $110,000 annually + comprehensive benefits

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct telehealth therapy sessions and client assessments
• Develop individualized treatment plans
• Maintain documentation and progress notes in compliance with standards
• Join regular case reviews and collaborate with peers
• Provide consistent, high-quality therapeutic care

• Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, or Marriage & Family Therapy
• Active Wisconsin license (LMFT, LPC, or LCSW)
• Experience with telehealth platforms preferred
