Position: Full-Time
Location: Madison, WI (Remote / Telehealth)
Salary: $115,000 – $120,000 per year
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Job Summary
We are recruiting a Wisconsin-licensed Mental Health Therapist for a fully remote telehealth position. Based in Madison or anywhere in WI, you’ll provide therapy sessions under clinical supervision and follow structured treatment plans.

Responsibilities

• Conduct online therapy sessions at scheduled times
• Complete assessments, treatment plans and progress updates
• Collaborate with a supervising therapist on care decisions
• Maintain thorough documentation in the EHR
• Join online meetings, supervision and training events

• Master’s degree in a relevant mental health field
• Active WI license (LPC, LCSW, LMFT or similar)
• Clinical experience in mental health treatment
• Comfortable using technology in daily practice
