Virtual Speech Language Pathologist - Georgia - Hiring Fast

Location: Remote position; candidates must be licensed in Georgia and state of residence.

Job Description: We are seeking a dedicated and licensed Virtual Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our team for the 2023-2024 school year. As a Virtual SLP, you will be responsible for providing online speech-language therapy services to students in our district. You will work closely with students, parents, and educators to develop individualized treatment plans, conduct assessments, and deliver engaging virtual therapy sessions.

Requirements:

1. Must be a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist in the state of Georgia.
2. Experience in providing online speech-language therapy services is preferred, but not required.
3. Ability to work independently, effectively manage time, and meet deadlines.
4. Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with students, parents, and team members.
5. Reliable access to high-speed internet and appropriate technology to conduct virtual therapy sessions.
6. Candidates must be able to provide proof of liability insurance.

Responsibilities:

1. Conduct virtual assessments and evaluations to identify speech-language disorders and delays.
2. Develop individualized treatment plans and goals for students based on assessment results.
3. Provide online speech-language therapy services through interactive and engaging virtual sessions.
4. Monitor and track student progress, adjusting therapy plans as needed.
5. Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to support student development.
6. Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of therapy sessions and student progress.
7. Participate in virtual team meetings and professional development activities.
