Overview

Were seeking organized, detail-oriented individuals to join our team as a Virtual Travel Coordinator. In this fully remote role, assist clients with planning, organizing, and booking customized travel experiences — from vacations and cruises to corporate trips and group travel.

No prior travel experience is required 

Key Responibilities

• Coordinate travel arrangements including flights, hotels, cruises, rental cars, and excursions

• Consult with clients to understand schedules, budgets, and travel preferences

• Research destinations, suppliers, and promotional offers

• Create detailed itineraries and travel documents

• Communicate with vendors to confirm reservations and special requests

• Maintain accurate client records and documentation

• Deliver exceptional customer service before, during, and after travel
