Job Description - Virtual Trip Coordinator

As a Virtual Trip Coordinator, you will play a key role in supporting travelers from the moment they begin planning to the moment they return home. Your goal is to make each experience smooth and enjoyable by assisting with arrangements, answering questions, managing updates, and helping clients feel confident every step of the way. You’ll work closely with travelers to understand their preferences and provide guidance that aligns with their needs.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle incoming inquiries through email, phone, and messaging channels with professionalism.
