We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN to join our dedicated home health care team in Concord, NH and surrounding towns . In this rewarding role, you will conduct home visits focused on chronic disease management and pill box fills, providing vital care and support to individuals in the comfort of their own homes. You will work with patients who are recovering from illness, managing chronic conditions, or receiving palliative care—with a strong focus on promoting independence, safety, and overall wellness.

Schedule

Monday- Friday

1/hr visits

Pay:

LPN $45.00/Hour

Job Requirements of a LPN :

Valid Nursing License in the State of NH

Graduate of a training and/or competency program as required by State/Federal Regulations

A minimum of 6 months working experience for staffing assignments

Current CPR BLS Certification Required (We offer monthly renewal classes paid for by Interim Healthcare)
