Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Visual Assistant to join our team. The Visual Assistant will be responsible for assisting our marketing and sales departments in creating visually appealing materials to promote our properties and services. This is a full-time position with opportunities for growth within the company.

Key Responsibilities:

- Collaborate with the marketing team to create visually appealing materials such as brochures, flyers, and social media graphics to promote our properties and services

- Assist in the design and layout of property listings on our website and other online platforms

- Take high-quality photographs of properties for marketing purposes

- Edit and enhance photographs using photo editing software

- Create and maintain a database of property photos and marketing materials

- Assist in organizing and decorating model homes and staging properties for open houses and showings

- Keep up-to-date with current design trends and incorporate them into marketing materials

- Communicate with clients and team members to ensure their needs and preferences are met

- Attend team meetings and provide creative input and ideas

- Other duties as assigned by the marketing and sales departments

Qualifications:

- High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree in marketing, design, or related field preferred

- 1-2 years of experience in graphic design, visual merchandising, or related field

- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator)

- Knowledge of photography and photo editing software

- Strong eye for design and attention to detail

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to work independently and in a team environment

- Highly organized and able to manage multiple projects and deadlines

- Knowledge of real estate industry and marketing strategies is a plus
