This is a Visual Assistant Floater position supporting multiple showroom locations along the West Coast of Florida. You must be able to travel regularly to assist with showroom updates, truck deliveries, and floor moves.

Responsibilities:

• 
  

  Assist Visual Managers with showroom setup and breakdown, ensuring brand standards are met.

  
  


• 
  

  Travel between assigned store locations to provide hands-on merchandising support.

  
  


• 
  

  Help with truck deliveries, including unpacking, staging, and placement of merchandise.

  
  


• 
  

  Move and arrange furniture and décor safely and efficiently to create engaging showroom displays.

  
  


• 
  

  Assist with seasonal floor sets, promotional displays, and special projects.

  
  


• 
  

  Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing store environment.

  
  

Requirements:

• 
  

  Previous experience in visual merchandising, retail, or similar role preferred.

  
  


• 
  

  Strong attention to detail and an eye for design.

  
  


• 
  

  Must be a team player with strong communication skills.

  
  


• 
  

  Able to lift up to 50 lbs with appropriate equipment and/or assistance.

  
  


• 
  

  Reliable transportation and ability to travel frequently across the West Coast of Florida.

  
  


• 
  

  Flexible schedule, including availability for early mornings, evenings, or weekends as needed.

  
  


• 
  

  Able to read, write, and follow instructions.

  
  

Physical Requirements:

  Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks such as lifting, bending, and reaching.
