Job Description - Visual Merchandising Coordinator

Job Title: Visual Merchandising Coordinator
Position Type: Contract
Location: New York, NY (hybrid) 2 days onsite
Salary Range / Rate: $25/hr. to $27/hr.

Job Description:
Visual Merchandising Execution
  • Responsible for creating in-store marketing (ISM) guides with the objective of achieving consistent standards and execution across all stores.
  • These guides are used to set up both marketing campaign graphics (ISM) and in Plan-o-grams (POGs) that direct shifts in product placement for all existing store types.
  • Update brand flow and store facings for all brands in each store design and segmentation.
  • Availability to attend and observe weekly creative status calls for familiarization with store formats.

Requirements:
  • Professional level skill with InDesign and Illustrator (Adobe Creative Suite).
  • PowerPoint.
  • Excel.
  • Photoshop.

Experience
  • Must have experience making executional VM tools or instructional guides.
  • Experience in translating a list of products into a plan-o-gram (space management).
