[VM/QM] IATF16949 Internal System Auditor

IATF 16949 Internal System Auditor:

Key Responsibilities:

- Plan, perform, and document internal system audits in accordance with IATF 16949 requirements, both in Japan and in the East Asia region (e.g. Thailand, Vietnam, Korea).

- Conduct process audits in line with VDA 6.3 standards.

- Support and actively participate in customer audits, including preparation, facilitation, and follow-up activities.

- Monitor, evaluate, and maintain the Quality Management System (QMS), ensuring compliance with relevant standards and internal requirements.

- Drive corrective and preventive actions to address audit findings, and verify effectiveness.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support continuous improvement initiatives.

- Provide training and guidance on quality standards and audit processes as needed.

IATF 16949 内部システム監査員:

主な職務内容:

• 日本および東アジア地域 (例. タイ、ベトナム、韓国) において、IATF 16949 の要件に従って内部システム監査を計画、実施、文書化する。
• VDA 6.3 基準に沿ったプロセス監査を実施する。
• 顧客監査の準備、進行、フォローアップ活動を含むサポートおよび積極的な参加。
• 関連する基準および内部要件に準拠して、品質管理システム (QMS) を監視、評価、維持する。
• 監査結果に対する是正および予防措置を推進し、その有効性を確認する。
• 継続的な改善活動をサポートするために、クロスファンクショナルチームと協業する。
• 必要に応じて、品質基準および監査プロセスに関するトレーニングおよび指導を提供する。

Mandatory：

- Strong knowledge of IATF 16949 requirements, VDA 6.3 methodology, and quality management systems.

- Excellent communication and reporting skills, both in Japanese and English.

- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.

- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in an international team environment.

Additional Preferred Training/Certifications:

- Certified IATF 16949 or ISO 9001 Internal Auditor; VDA 6.3 Auditor.

- Proven experience in conducting system and process audits in the automotive industry.

- Lean Manufacturing / Six Sigma knowledge (a plus).

- Japanese (native level). English (Business level).

- Bachelor's degree,Associate degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Industrial, Automotive, Electrical, or related fields)

- Quality Management / Manufacturing Technology.

- Alternatively, a degree in Science or Business Administration with strong exposure to quality systems and auditing can be acceptable, if paired with auditor certifications.

• 日本語（母国語レベル）。英語（ビジネスレベル）。
• 工学の学士号、短大学士（機械、産業、自動車、電気、または関連分野）または、品質管理 / 製造技術の学士号。
• 品質システムおよび監査に関する豊富な経験をお持ちで、科学または経営学の学位と監査員の認定資格をお持ちであれば歓迎致します。
