VMS Operation Analyst

We are seeking a VMS Operations Analyst to support contractor onboarding activities and workflow management within the Vendor Management System (VMS). This position serves as a critical resource supporting Accounts Payable (AP) and other business divisions by facilitating onboarding requests, maintaining workflow efficiencies, and supporting system enhancements. The ideal candidate will possess experience with business process automation, Microsoft Power Platform tools, and cross-functional collaboration in a finance or operations environment
Key Responsibilities

• Support contractor onboarding requests within the Contractor Connect VMS.
• Partner with Accounts Payable (AP) and other business units to ensure timely processing of onboarding activities.
• Monitor, maintain, and improve VMS workflows and business processes.
• Develop and support workflow automation solutions utilizing Microsoft Power Automate.
• Create and maintain electronic forms using Microsoft Forms.
• Analyze business requirements and recommend process improvements.
• Troubleshoot onboarding and workflow-related issues within the VMS environment.
• Maintain documentation, procedures, and job aids for system users.
• Generate reports and provide operational support utilizing Microsoft Office applications.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to improve operational efficiency and user experience.
• Assist with testing, implementation, and adoption of new system enhancements.
• Leverage Microsoft Copilot tools to improve productivity and automate routine tasks where appropriate.

Required Qualifications

• Experience supporting a Vendor Management System (VMS) or similar workflow platform.
• Knowledge of Accounts Payable (AP), Finance, or related business operations.
• Experience managing business workflows and process improvement initiatives.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, Outlook, and Teams.
• Experience with Microsoft Forms.
• Experience with Microsoft Power Automate.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with contractor/vendor onboarding platforms.
• Experience integrating AP or Finance processes with enterprise systems.
• Microsoft Copilot experience.
• Experience with Power Apps, SharePoint, or other Microsoft Power Platform tools.
• Business Analyst or Systems Analyst experience.
