Clinical Nursing Educator - BSN/RN - Vocational Nursing Program

Position Overview

As a Clinical Educator in our Vocational Nursing program, you will provide comprehensive clinical instruction and mentorship to nursing students, ensuring they develop the practical skills and knowledge necessary for successful healthcare careers.

Essential Responsibilities

• Deliver hands-on clinical instruction in patient care, treatment planning, and medical documentation
• Design and implement effective teaching strategies and evaluation methods
• Monitor student progress and provide constructive feedback to enhance learning outcomes
• Ensure compliance with BVNPT standards and regulations
• Maintain strong relationships with clinical site partners
• Facilitate clinical orientations and ongoing student development
• Participate in curriculum development and program enhancement initiatives

Required Qualifications

• BSN from an accredited institution, or equivalent qualifying education
• Current, unencumbered California RN license
• Minimum 3 years recent acute care experience within the past 5 years
• Demonstrated excellence in clinical practice and teaching methodology
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Proficiency in healthcare documentation and educational technology

Compensation & Benefits
