Position Summary:
Supports clients in preparing for, obtaining, and maintaining competitive employment, using the IPS-SE model.

A vocational specialist who has knowledge of supported employment, vocational assessment, job exploration and marketing to recipient’s interest and strengths and securing and maintain employment.

ACT is an intensive, integrated, rehabilitative, crisis, treatment, and mental health community support service provided by an interdisciplinary team to individuals eighteen (18) and over with serious and persistent mental illness with dedicated staff time and specific staff-to-consumer ratios.

Service coverage by the ACT team is required twenty-four (24) hours per day, seven (7) days per week. Provides co-occurring disorders treatment using evidence-based and stage-appropriate interventions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct vocational assessments and job development.


• Build relationships with employers and job carve options.


• Provide job coaching, resume help, and benefits counseling.


• Align vocational goals with Person-Centered Plans.


• Train team on employment supports and SSA incentives.

Qualifications:

• QP or AP status; bachelor’s preferred.


• 1+ years’ experience in employment services or training.


• Knowledge of supported employment (IPS) model.

Salary: $65,000
