Ring-Tele seeks a VOIP Systems Specialist (Phone Programmer) to deploy, program, and maintain our VOIP phone systems. This role ensures reliable and clear phone communication tailored to the needs of the Plain community and small businesses. Join a faith-based, values-driven team focused on quality service and employee support with ongoing on-the-job training to help you grow and succeed.

What You'll Do As A VoIP Systems Specialist/Phone Programmer:

• Set up & configure VOIP phone systems tailored to home and business customers.
• Receive & apply on-the-job training to develop expertise with VOIP systems and customer support.
• Prepare & test TeleLink units, ensuring full functionality before shipping.
• Diagnose & fix phone system issues like connectivity problems, service interruptions, and network changes.
• Collaborate with IT teams to ensure phone systems integrate smoothly with other technology.
• Keep clear records of system setups, processes, and troubleshooting steps.
• Assist team members with any VOIP phone system questions or support needs.
• Travel occasionally to customer locations and participate in team gatherings 2-3 times a year.
• Work full-time from 7:00 AM to 4:30 PM with some flexible scheduling options.

Our Ideal VoIP Systems Specialist/Phone Programmer:

• Experienced: Previous experience in IT, networking, customer service, or administrative support is a plus, but not required.
• Organized & Adaptable: Skilled in problem-solving, time management, and learning new technology quickly.
• Team Player: Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
• Tech-savvy: Comfortable with CRM systems, Google Suite, and Microsoft Office.
• Willing to Learn: Open to growing skills through on-the-job training and hands-on experience.
