Job Title: Volunteer 

Job Summary:

Our critical access hospital is seeking a Volunteer to assist patients in navigating our facility. The ideal candidate will be compassionate, reliable, and have excellent communication skills. As a Volunteer, you will play a vital role in ensuring that our patients receive the highest level of care and support during their stay.

Responsibilities:

- Transport patients to and from various locations within the hospital, including diagnostic testing, surgery, and other medical procedures

- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and hospital staff to ensure a smooth and efficient transport process

Requirements:

- High school diploma or equivalent

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

- Compassionate and patient-focused attitude

- Willingness to undergo a background check and complete hospital volunteer training
