Description
The Volunteer and Donor Engagement Coordinator plays a vital role in supporting volunteer coordination, donor relations, and administrative functions. This position ensures smooth development operations, effective donor stewardship, and seamless event planning. The ideal candidate is very detail-oriented, highly organized, and comfortable handling multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Education and/or Experience Required
· GED or High school diploma.
· 6 months of relevant experience (fundraising, volunteer coordination, sales)
Reasoning Ability
Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form. Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations.
