Job Title: Volunteer Coordinator/Compliance Auditor
Job Type: Full-time
Location: Could work in either the Clearfield or Murray offices.
We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join or team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Recruit, screen, and onboard volunteers to ensure a diverse and committed volunteer base.
- Develop and implement volunteer programs, schedules, and training sessions.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for volunteers, providing guidance, support, and recognition.
- Maintain accurate records of volunteer activities, hours, and feedback.
- Collaborate with staff and community partners to identify volunteer needs and opportunities.
- Organize volunteer events and activities to promote engagement and retention.
- Monitor and evaluate volunteer program effectiveness, making improvements as needed.
- Monitor and ensure compliance with HOPE program, managing the scheduling, ensure documentation is submitted, and that information is submitted to Medicare in a timely fashion to avoid financial penalties.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Proven experience in volunteer coordination, community engagement, or related roles
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities
- Ability to motivate and inspire volunteers
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Excel
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities with compliance auditing and volunteer needs.
