Volunteer Coordinator - Join a Market Leader

Description of assignment and duties: Works with project director and Resource Development team on volunteer coordination of donor volunteers. Works with host affiliate on coordinated messaging and volunteer management.
Helps with project schedules and timelines.

• Volunteer coordination in partnership with host affiliate.
• Works with HFHI's RD team on sponsor volunteer management.
• Works with HFHI project director on construction leader volunteer coordination, messaging, fee payments and assignments.
• Works with affiliate volunteer coordinator on joint volunteer messaging and communication.

Required skills/knowledge/years of experience:

• 3+ years of volunteer management experience.
• Previous experience managing volunteers or groups
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Word, Excel, and Teams.

Preferred:

• Scheduling/timeline knowledge.
• Good communication skills and the ability to work with multiple departments.
