Volunteer Positions Available

All Positions for Mirage Radio are strictly on a volunteer basis, there will be no monetary compensation for any position offered and accepted.

Mirage Radio is an online Radio Gaming Community!  It is a fast paced environment that aims to provide a safe and fun environment for gamers to hang out and have a good time.  Our goal is to be the one place on the internet that accepts and is entertaining to all.

Our Current Avalable Positions are as Follows:

GENERAL STAFF POSITIONS

ON-AIR Personality (Host/DJ Positions)

• Responsible for providing all quality entertainment for our listeners


• Responsible for making sure all advertisements are aired for our sponsors


• Must be a punctual person, who has a great personality and a great music collection.

Events Coordinator (2 Positions)

• Responsible for planning station wide events


• Responsible for coordinating donations for giveaway’s for event prizes


• Responsible for executing successful events and overseeing their production


• Responsible for maintaining accurate records of all donations in game, their location & value.

Productions Staff - (5 Positions)

• Responsible for creation and maintaining accurate advertisements for all sponsors of Mirage Radio


• Responsible for assisting with the generation of DJ Intros, or any other audio production needed.


• Must be proficient in and have copies of Audacity or Adobe SoundBooth or other audio software.

Public Relations Team (2 Positions)

• Responsible for working with HR to develop new leads and new hires for Mirage Radio.


• Responsible for all outside Advertisement for station.


• Responsible for all Social Media Interaction (Facebook & Twitter)

MANAGEMENT POSITIONS

Productions Manager (1 Position)

• Responsible for overseeing the team of productions and approving all on air advertisements created for sponsors or on air personalities.


• Responsible for upholding the playable song policy.


• Responsible for creating any and all advertisements and DJ Intros needed


• Responsible for maintaining accurate advert packages for all station needs.

Human Resources (3 Positions)

• Responsible for processing and hiring or rejecting all applicants


• Responsible for maintaining accurate records of every volunteer at Mirage Radio


• Responsible for providing all new hires with Welcome Package, Email Address, and Training Schedule


• Responsible for handling all complaints filed against listeners and staff.

WEB DEVELOPMENT DEPARTMENT

Graphics Artist (2 Positions)

• Responsible for generating all graphics for web and station use.


• Must be proficient in Adobe Photoshop and have own software.


• Must have demonstration portfolio of work completed to apply.

Web Engineer (1 Position)

• Responsible for generating and maintaining all website and activity

TEAMSPEAK ADMINISTRATOR

TeamSpeak Administration (2 Positions)

• Responsible for maintaining accurate records of complaints filed in TS


• Responsible for upholding TeamSpeak Policy
