Production Based Reward Compensation Plan based on assigned rates of:

Certified Volvo Techs at $43/hr ; Master Tech at $46/hr ;  Expert Tech at $48/hr.

If you can produce with quality and you're not over $100,000 per year, we need to talk.

4% Annual Increase

Company contributes $100 monthly to 401(k) account with no contribution required from you.

Must have clean driving record and able to be insured.  Maximum 2 points on driving record
