Automotive Biller / DMV Clerk Responsibilities:

• Completing paperwork needed to deliver new and pre-owned vehicles.


• Proficiency in VERIFI


• Completing and processing motor vehicle documents.


• Processing finance and lease contracts to lending source


• Inventory control through ADP data input.


• Maintaining police book for inventory and compliance


• Preparing wholesale and dealer trade paperwork and MSO preparation


• Providing additional administrative support as needed. 

The ideal candidate is familiar with the daily operations of a automotive dealership and is able to employ time management skills to effectively complete their varied duties and responsibilities. Team players are a great asset in this position and we are anxious to speak to the candidate that is looking to grow within a first class organization.
